Charley Webb hit our screens as Debbie Dingle in Emmerdale back in 2002, and has become synonymous with her lengthy brunette locks.
However, Charley has now ditched the length in a complete hair transformation, which she showed off on her Instagram story this week.
The star has opted for a much shorter, shoulder length look, and we think it looks great!
Charley, however, doesn’t seem sure yet, captioning a video of her rustling her hair with: ‘Not sure if this is a bit too bouncy blow for me. Like, I want beachy not done look. This looks like a full blow dry right now.’
Her transformation came just after she made a return to our screens in BBC drama Better, playing the role of Elise.
The first episode aired on February 13, with the rest of the series airing weekly. Though, if you can’t wait that long, the full boxset is already available on iPlayer.
This is her first TV role since leaving Emmerdale in 2021, after Debbie was exposed as Al Chapman’s mystery woman.
Debbie has not been forgotten in the village, however, with daughter Sarah Sugden (Katie Hill) recently taking friend Chloe Harris (Jessie Elland) up to Scotland to live with her once more.
Charley has even more work still to come, having been spotted filming for ITV’s The Long Shadow; a drama about the Yorkshire ripper.
In pictures obtained by Metro.co.uk, it appears that she is playing a police officer, though not much else is known about her character.
The Long Shadow will air on ITV later this year, and also stars Coronation Street legend Katherine Kelly.
Amid this busy work schedule, Charley has had to close down her ‘dream business’, which she announced on Instagram earlier this year. The business opened in 2020 and sold Scandinavian style children’s toys.
However, Charley admitted that she couldn’t devote as much time to running it as she would like, and therefore had to close up shop.
