How do we know a work is “good”? Is it totally subjective? Why do we like what we like? Boston College psychology professor Ellen Winner studies responses to art in the laboratory, and has written a book called How Art Works: A Psychological Exploration. She joins Eddie to discuss how our brains respond to art, and whether there’s such a thing as genius.
